Uh-huh hummus


Okay, so we all love a little chip & dip action... but as much as we would LOVE to eat it all day everyday (pandemic15) it truly isn't realistic and wont give us that self care GLOW.


Yes glow, it starts with "within". So they say. But heck I wont ever turn down a dip.

It is sooo easy and only requires a few things. Slice up that cucumber that you have been avoiding and grab your food processor and lets get started!


YOU NEED

1 can of rinsed chickpeas

1 clove of garlic

1/2 lemon

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp of tahini

1-2 tbsp of olive oil


You can add pretty much anything to this. I love adding some balsamic to it, or maybe some jalapeno... It truly is so versatile.


Next you want to throw it all in a food processor. If you have a high-tech blender, lucky you. Use it! Blend till creamy. if you need to add more liquid, add some more olive oil!


Everyone LOVES this fresh. Its so simple and turns into a house hold staple. Take it to a friends or relatives and they will be so impressed!
